You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Pre-Order Items Occasionally, we offer pre-order items. Pre-order items typically ship within 2–5 weeks, depending on supplier timelines. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted. We will always communicate updates if there are unexpected delays. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, Westbound Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any delivery concerns. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Westbound Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
